ASA TECHNOLOGY

Air Shock Absorber
ASA technology is an always inflated airbag. It contains the efficiency of an airbag without its constraints.

The blocking of air flows between the different compartments after welding and factory inflation of our ultra-resistant polyuthane cushion, giving our technology unprecedented impact resistance.

The R-Pro consists of :
• A thermoformed EVA foam frame for comfort and durability
• 2.0 air cushion, offering the deformation and absorption needed for safety, or the new ASA 3.0 cushions always inflated
• a soft plastic shell to distribute shocks over the air cushion
• Removeable side protection (except for child size) to adapt the protection to your needs
• A maximum thickness of 3 cm for use under the jersey – This protection offers a curve close to the body, comfortable, extremely flexible, resistant and light
• Custom designs – Custom Loose Riders decals can be applied on a ‘made to order’ basis – any design from our catalog goes
