The following General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time of the order. Conditions of use for the Website

The presentation of the goods in our Internet store does not constitute a legally binding contractual offer on our part but is only a non-binding invitation to the consumer to order goods. By ordering the desired goods, the consumer submits a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract.

Upon receipt of an order in our Internet store, the following regulations apply: The consumer submits a binding contractual offer by successfully completing the order procedure provided in our Internet store.

The order is placed in the following steps:

1) Select the desired goods
2) Confirm by clicking on the "Add to shopping cart" button
3) Check the details in the shopping cart
4) Click on the "Checkout" button
5) Login to the online store after registering and entering the login details (e-mail address and password).
6) Re-check or correct the data entered.
7) Binding submission of the order by clicking on the button "buy"

Before submitting the binding order, the consumer can return to the website on which the customer's details are recorded and correct input errors or cancel the order process by closing the Internet browser by pressing the "Back" button contained in the Internet browser used by him after checking his details. We confirm receipt of the order immediately by means of an automatically generated e-mail ("order confirmation"). With this we accept your offer.

The consumer has the option of paying by PayPal and credit card via Revolut.

Delivery
(1) Unless we have clearly stated otherwise in the product description, all items offered by us are ready for dispatch immediately. Delivery will be made within 30 working days at the latest. In the case of payment in advance, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is sent to the bank responsible for the transfer and for all other payment methods on the day after the contract is concluded. If the deadline falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday at the place of delivery, the deadline shall end on the next working day.

(2) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the item sold shall not pass to the buyer until the item is handed over to the buyer, even in the case of sale by dispatch.

Retention of Goods
We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Industrial and Intellectual Property

Copyright and other intellectual and industrial property rights over the entire content of the Loose Riders Website (including but not limited to: images, videos, audio files, photographs, graphics, texts, designs, labels, the look and feel of the Loose Riders Website, and its source code), as well as over the registered trademarks, commercial names, and logos, are at all times owned by Loose Riders. Limited and to their legitimate owners. As such, users or third parties are strictly prohibited from copying, modifying, altering, reproducing, distributing, or adapting them without authorization of the owners of the said content.

Liability

Loose Riders has taken all reasonable precautions to ensure that the information obtained through the Loose Riders Website is as accurate and close to reality as possible. However, Loose Riders does not warrant that the said information is accurate, complete, or up to date.

Loose Riders reserves the right to alter or remove the content and configuration of the Loose Riders Website at any time and without prior notice, and it may limit, suspend, or prevent access to the Loose Riders Website, in full or in part, at its absolute discretion. Likewise, Loose Riders accepts no responsibility for any interference, omission, interruption, breakdown, or disconnection that may have been caused for reasons beyond our control.

Shipping info

Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12.00 will leave the warehouse within the next working day. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery time. All orders are shipped by UPS.

We aim to process and ship all paid orders within 5 working days.
As soon as the shipment is ready we provide you with a tracking number to the email registered to the account.

Worldwide: 3 to 7 days

You may have to pay import duties and customs costs when the package is delivered. Please check the import rates and obligations in your country.

Retention of Goods
We reserve title to the goods until the purchase price has been paid in full.

Returns

As a customer, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a refund within seven (7) days of the arrival of the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. You are responsible for the packing and postage costs of the item and a 15% return fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and restocking fees.

If we send you a wrong item, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement or refund you.

Exchanges

We cannot offer direct exchanges. In the event that an item is not right, it must be returned and purchased again in the correct size, color or model. If we send you a wrong size or item, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement or refund you. Please refer to the returns policy above.
