Loose Riders - Returns Policy

RETURNS

As a customer, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a refund within seven (7) days of the arrival of the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. You are responsible for the packing and postage costs of the item and a 15% return fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and restocking fees.

If we send you a wrong item, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement or refund you.

Exchanges
We cannot offer direct exchanges. In the event that an item is not right, it must be returned and purchased again in the correct size, colour or model. If we send you a wrong size or item, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement or refund you.
