FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
1. How can I pay?
You can pay by credit card or PayPal. You'll have the option to choose at the checkout page.
2. Shipping and shipping charges:
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 12.00 will leave the warehouse within the next working day. Weekends and public holidays are not included in the delivery time. All orders are shipped by DHL or UPS.

As soon as the shipment is ready we provide you with a tracking number to the email registered to the account.

Estimated delivery times are:

Worldwide: 7 to 14 days.
3. What is your returns pollicy ?
As a customer, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a refund within seven (7) days of the arrival of the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. You are responsible for the packing and postage costs of the item and a 15% return fee will be deducted from the refund to cover processing and restocking fees. Please note that we do not accept returns for hygienic items which include underwear and socks. Please ensure returns are tracked and signed off, we cannot be held responsible for items lost during a return.

We will reimburse You no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned goods. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the order, and You will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. We cannot be held responsible for goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the goods or proof of received return delivery.

4. What if my item(s) is/are damaged?
Conditions for returning an item:

If one of your item(s) is damaged during transport or shows any production failures you should contact us within 7 days after you've received your item to tell us about it.

Please note that if we do not hear from you within 7 days after receiving your item(s), we will assume that you are pleased with your item. In that case, the transaction is final.



5. What about sizes?
We use standard European sizing, that said, our clothes are more to the fitted side of things.

6. When will I receive my refund after returning a product?
Once your returned package is received at our warehouse, please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to be processed. Processing times may vary depending on the volume of returns.

You will receive an email notification as soon as your refund has been issued.
7. Can I exchange my order?
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different item, please return your original purchase for a refund following our return policy. Then, place a new order for the item you want.
