Returns
As a customer, if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your order for a refund within fourteen (14) days of the arrival of the order. Items must be unused and unwashed and in the original packaging with all original tags attached. You are responsible for the packing and postage costs as well as any applicable tracking. Loose Riders will not be held responsible for any lost items during a return.
Upon inspection of the item and restocking, you'll be refunded in full via the original means of payment.

Exchanges
We cannot offer direct exchanges. In the event that an item is not right, it must be returned and purchased again in the correct size, colour or model. If we send you a wrong size or item, we will take full responsibility and send you a replacement or refund you. Please refer to the returns policy above.
Clearance Item Return Policy
Please note that our clearance items are sold at significantly reduced prices and are final sale. This means we do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for these items once purchased, except under the following conditions: Defective products, Item not as described, item has performance issues.
